ICal, the calendar app default for Mac computersis fully compatible with the iPad operating system to allow the practice of synchronization and file transfers. You can synchronize your calendar with iCal iPad application so both programs show consistent information. In this way, when you open the calendar on the iPad, information from iCal on your Mac will be available.
INSTRUCTIONS
- Connect the cable from the iPad iPad dock and plug the other end into your Mac.
- Wait until your computer recognizes the iPad. ITunes starts and attempts to synchronize with the iPad.
- Use the prompt "Cancel" on the iPad display to prevent the device synchronization.
- Click on the iPad from the list of "Devices" iTunes. Synchronization window displaying iPad loads "Summary" page of the device.
- Click the "Info" window application sync. The "Info" window opens.
- Click the box next to "Sync iCal Calendars". A checkmark appears in the box.
- If you want to sync all calendars iCal, click the "All Calendars" in the same article. Click the "Selected calendars" to specify which calendars you want to sync. If you click "Selected calendars", check the box next to each calendar in the list presented that you want to synchronize.
- Click the "Sync" to apply the changes.
