iOS vs Android comparison

If we now compare the application crashes between iOS and Android, is observed in the graph below as iOS "dominates" widely Android, including the latest version iOS 5.0.1 with a record crash applications Mobile 28.64%! For comparison, the most "bad" is the Android version 2.3.3 with only 3.86% of crashes observed. In a word, plant more than iOS apps .

These crashes have several origins. It can is a hardware problem, like a bad use of GPS or camera / by certain applications, or how to connect to WiFi to 3G. Finally, a language problem, or full memory can also explain these crashes. The presence of 23 different versions for iOS and Android 33 different versions shows how difficult the task is for application developers who must constantly juggle that their applications are compatible with these systems. Oh so difficult task. Last interesting point of this study, that the equipment used also impact crash applications. This is highlighted in iOS, with percentages of crashes in applications much higher than iPhone in iPod Touch or iPad.
