Secure your iPhone after the jailbreak [ iPhone tutorial]


Purpose of this Tutorial:
You probably know, viruses circulating on the iPhone and can spread through the fault induced Jailbreak, which changes the administrator password of your iPhone and is the same for all those who make this manipulation.
Do not panic, there is a parade ...
Needed for this tutorial:
  • Jailbreak an iPhone
  • MobileTerminal application (available in Cydia)
  • 2 Minutes (or less)
Procedure:
  1. Launch the Mobile Terminal:

  2. Then type the command "su root" To switch administrator then the administrator password. If you have not already changed, it is "alpine" you should get some command line ending with "root #"

  3. Then type "passwd" to change the administrator password (root) then type twice your new password.
  4. And finally then type the command "passwd mobile" to change the password to your mobile user and retype twice the password.

ATTENTION, it is important that you take away these two passwords to log into ssh, for example.
