Update February 25, 2013 : A new version, 1.5 Evasi0n an improvement on restart devices that are experiencing this problem. If you have already jailbroken your device, there is no need to do so again. Update the tweak "Evasi0n 6.0-6.1.2.4 Untether" from Cydia which will also correct this concern.
