Prerequisites :
- A Galaxy S3 SGH-T999
- The original USB cord
- Charged battery 80%
- Drivers for USB devices to your PC.
- You can either use Kies or page via Samsung Support for install.
- Enable USB debugging
- To do this, go to "settings" on your phone, go to "Advanced Settings" or "development options" under the heading, then select the "USB debugging" and click OK.
- Turn off your Anti-Virus, Firewall and Kies time of the procedure. This can disrupt Odin during installation.
Installation :
- Download the following files on your computer:
- Unzip the file Odin3 v3.04.zip in an appropriate folder on your desktop with winrar or 7zip or example.
- Start Odin by double clicking on Odin3 V3.04.exe
- Turn off your mobile phone and get in M ode Download
- Simultaneously press keys Volume Down + Power and Volume Up .
- If you are back into download mode correctly, you should see a green Android and say download. (If this is not the case, turn off your mobile and try again)
- Connect your Galaxy S3 to your computer via the USB cable and Odin should detect it.
- Click on PDA and select the file CWM_TOUCH_6.0.1.2.tar .
- Click Start to begin the installation.
- Wait for the installation.
- Your mobile will restart automatically.
- Disconnect your phone from your computer once the Samsung logo appears.
- You should get the message " Pass "in the dialog box of Odin.
- If you " Fail "is displayed, remove the battery to reset the phone and then repeat the procedure.
